These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, AI tools, software, subscriptions, and digital services (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Company” – Global Trade 2026 Ltd., a legal entity registered in Bulgaria.
“User” / “you” – any individual or legal entity using the Services.
“Services” – AI software, tools, platforms, digital products, subscriptions, and related services.
“Subscription” – a paid, time-limited access plan (non-auto-renewing unless explicitly stated).
“Content” – any input, data, prompts, files, or outputs generated via the Services.
“AI Output” – any result generated by artificial intelligence systems.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law
You have authority to enter into this agreement
All information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

We provide AI-based digital services, including but not limited to:

AI tools for text, image, data, or automation generation
AI software platforms and dashboards
Subscription-based access to AI features
One-time digital packages and licenses
Custom AI solutions and integrations

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance or comply with legal requirements.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS (NON-AUTO-RENEWAL)

All subscriptions:

Are time-limited based on the selected plan
Do NOT auto-renew by default
Require manual renewal by the User to continue access

After expiration:

Access to paid features may be restricted
We are not obligated to retain user data unless required by law or stated otherwise

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in EUR/USD including applicable VAT where required
Payment must be completed before access is granted
We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect already purchased active subscriptions.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of purchase.

However, you acknowledge that:

By purchasing and accessing digital content or AI services immediately, you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends
You waive your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or access begins, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), where applicable

If withdrawal is still legally applicable in your case, refund eligibility will be assessed accordingly.

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Generally:

Refund requests may be considered within 60 days of purchase
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on usage of the Services
Fully or significantly used AI services may not be eligible for refund
Abuse of refund policy may result in refusal of future access

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Services belong to the Company or its licensors, including:

Software, models, algorithms, and AI systems
Website design, branding, and content
Documentation and proprietary materials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.

You may NOT:

Copy, resell, or redistribute the Services
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use branding without written permission

9. USER CONTENT

You may input data, prompts, and content into the Services.

You retain ownership of your input content.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your content to provide and improve Services
Temporarily store and analyze data for operational purposes

You confirm that your content:

Does not violate applicable laws
Does not infringe third-party rights
Does not contain illegal or harmful material

10. AI OUTPUTS DISCLAIMER

AI-generated outputs:

Are provided for informational and functional purposes only
May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
Do NOT constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before use or reliance.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
Generate illegal, abusive, or discriminatory content
Interfere with system security or performance
Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering
Resell or commercially exploit Services without authorization

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all systems

Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause temporary interruptions.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under Bulgarian and EU law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for loss of profit, data, or business opportunities
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months

14. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of AI outputs
Fitness for a specific purpose
Error-free or uninterrupted operation

15. PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Bulgarian data protection law.

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion
Restrict or object to processing
Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP)

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may integrate third-party tools or services.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party availability or performance
Third-party terms or policies
Losses resulting from third-party systems

17. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
